Snack Smash Kitty ("the Game") is developed and published by an independent developer (the "Developer", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you install and play the Game, and what choices you have.

The Game integrates a small number of third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy policy:
Ads in the Game are optional rewarded videos: they only play when you actively tap a button to watch one (for example, to revive or to unlock a cat). There are no forced banner ads and no interstitials during gameplay.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK or Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalised advertising is enabled. You may decline; the Game remains fully playable, and only non-personalised ads will be shown. If you purchase "Unlock Everything", rewarded ads are disabled entirely.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Local game progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Uploaded custom levels can be deleted by contacting us at the address below; we will remove them from the cloud database.
You may also request deletion of any data associated with you by emailing 576872981@qq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at 576872981@qq.com.
Data transmitted by the Game and its SDKs is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not store payment credentials on our servers, because payments are handled entirely by Google Play.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
